Muskita appoints T. Clerides as Board member – Restructuring of CGC Committees
We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on December 20, 2007, the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc decided the following:
1. The appointment of Mr. Takis Clerides as new independent, non-executive Board member. Mr. Takis Clerides had been a Minister of Finance in 1999-2003 and he is a certified accountant and a Fellow Charter Certified Accountant of the United Kingdom. He has also been a Board member in several public and private companies.
2. The restructuring of the Board of Directors’ Committees pursuant to the Corporate Governance Code as follows:
