CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Caramondani in euros

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Caramondani Bros Public Co Ltd is redenominated from £0.25 to €0.43. The issued share capital of the Company remains at 10,023,477 shares. This change is based on the Special Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 17, 2008.

This change will be effective from Tuesday, January 22, 2008.
