Aqua Sol: Reasons for the lower final 2007

Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd wishes to inform the investing public that, following the announcement of 30/11/2007 which stated that the group’s results for the year 2007 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2006, the main reason for this reduction in the group’s results is the increase in finance costs due to the increase in loans received for financing the group’s acquisitions during the last months of the year 2006 and during the year 2007.
