Orphanides: Clarification on Mebius Trading

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general and further to the announcement dated 24/1/2008, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited would like to clarify that the acquisition of activities and assets of Mebius Trading Ltd concerns the supermarket PLUS (136 Ayiou Pavlou) in Ayios Dometios – Nicosia only.
