Subject: Extension of period of acceptance of the Public Offer of Buziba Ltd to the shareholders of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd for the acquisition of up to 100% of the share capital of Astra
Buziba Ltd announces that following the approval of its request by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the period of acceptance of the Public Offer to the shareholders of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd for the acquisition of up to 100% of its share capital is extended to March 7, 2008.
It is reminded that the last date of acceptance of the Public Offer was February 8, 2008. It has been extended to March 7, 2008.
The period of acceptance has been extended due to the fact that it expired in the closed period and the shareholders of the Offeror are also major shareholders and Board members of Astra.
It is clarified that the cheques will be posted to the acceptors 21 business days prior to the expiry of the period of acceptance, that is, April 10, 2008.
