Orphanides: Board meeting on 27/2 for indicative results 2007 and redenomination of capital in euros

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Ltd announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 10.00 am at the Company’s Head Office to examine the indicative results for 2007 and the redenomination of the Company’s share capital in euros, pursuant to Law N.33 (I)/2007.
The indicative results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
