Orphanides: Board meeting on 23/4 for final results 2007 and AGM & EGM date

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Ltd announces that:
The Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office to examine the following:
1. The final results for 2007.
2. The setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting.
3. The setting of the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting for the redenomination of the share capital in euros.
The final results and the decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced to the CSE and the SEC.
