C.B Holdings holds 74.3% of Caramondani

With reference to the Public Offer by C.B Holdings Limited for the acquisition of a minimum 50% plus 1 share and a maximum 100% of the issued share capital of Caramondani Bros Public Company Limited with a consideration of €0.90 per share, C.B Holdings would like to inform the investing public that it has accepted Acceptance Forms for the total number of 3.1 million shares of Caramondani Bros, which represent 30.9% of its share capital. Taking into account the stake that C.B Holdings held in the share capital of Caramondani Bros at the date of the submission of the Public Offer, the total stake of C.B Holdings in the share capital of Caramondani Bros exceeds 50% and stands at 74.3%. As a result, The Public Offer is unconditional.

C.B Holdings would like to remind you that the last day of acceptance of the Public Offer is April 18, 2008.
