CSE transfers Petsas to Special Characteristics Market

The CSE Council decided to transfer the titles of Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd from the Alternative Market to the Special Characteristics Market after the result of the Public Offer of Christakis Petsas, Michael Petsas and Irene Kalli to the shareholders of Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd, pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.3(a) of KPD 596/2005 which concerns the Company’s failure to be in line with the constant obligations of the Market that it is listed in, especially the minimum rate of dispersion to the public.
Its titles will start trading in the Special Characteristics Market on Wednesday, April 3, 2008.
It is noted that the CSE Council has given to Andraes Petsas and Sons Public Ltd a period of compliance of six months.
