CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Marfin share

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd is redenominated from £0.50 to €0.85. Its issued share capital remains 796.691.149 shares. This change was based on the special resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 15, 2008.

This change will be effective from Tuesday, May 27, 2008.
