Reminder: AGM and EGM of Petsas on 9/6

The shareholders of Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd are reminded that the Annual General Meeting will take place on June 9, 2008 at 16.00 at the Company’s office, 24 A+B Costaki Pantelidi Avenue, Nicosia.
The AGM will be followed by an Extraordinary General Meeting, which will approve a resolution according to which the nominal and issued share capital of the Company and the nominal value of the share will be redenominated in euros and after the rounding they will be increased upwards with the capitalization of part of the Company’s reserves.
