Orphanides: Three-month results 2008

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that:
At the meeting held on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office, the Board of Directors examined and approved the three-month results for the period ended March 31, 2008. The results, which have been prepared pursuant to International Accounting Standard 34, are attached.
Copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, 20-22 Yiannou Kranidioti Avenue, Larnaca. The results will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on June 1, 2008 and “Financial Mirror” on June 4, 2008.
