Marfin Popular Bank announces that pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme 2007, the exercise price of the dividend reinvestment in shares stands at €4.64.
It is reminded that this price is 10% lower than the average closing price of the share in the CSE and the ASE during the period May 23 – 29, 2008 (first five business days that the share was trading ex-dividend).
