Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, that on 30/05/2008 Mr Andreas Vgenopoulos, Executive Vice Chairman, proceeded with the purchase of 1.000.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value €5.496.533,20.
