Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that the Annual Report 2007 has been posted to the shareholders.
It is reminded that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at 17.00 at Orphanides Mall in Nicosia. Before the AGM, the Company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting to approve resolutions for redenomination of share capital from Cyprus pounds in euros.
