CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Astra share

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd is redenominated from £0.20 to €0.34. Its issued share capital remains 30,257,950 shares. This change was based on the Special Resolution of the Annual General Meeting that took place on May 29, 2008.

This change will be effective from Thursday, June 12, 2008.
