CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Aqua Sol share

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Ltd is redenominated from £0.20 to €0.34. Its issued share capital remains 258,000,000 shares. This change was based on the Special Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 19, 2008.

This change will be effective from Friday, July 4, 2008.
