CSE: Reduction of nominal value of Modestou

The CSE Council announces that the issued share capital of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd, which amounted to £2,980,000 divided into 29,800,000 shares of nominal value £0.10 has been reduced based on a court decision to £1,192,000 divided into 29,800,000 shares of nominal value £0.04.

This change will be effective from Thursday, July 24, 2008.
