CSE: Marfin to list 116,159 Capital Securities

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 (1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 116,159 Capital Securities of Marfin Poplar Bank Public Co Ltd of nominal value €1000 each with a stable annual rate of 6.50% for the first four three-month periods. Then, the interest rate will be revised at the beginning of each period and will be valid for the specific period of interest. The interest will be payable 4 times a year, on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each year.

The trading of the Capital Securities will commence on Friday, July 25, 2008 and the CSE will undertake the observance of the above Registry in the Central Depository.

Their English and Greek trading code will be CPBCS and ΛΑΙΚΑ respectively and their ISIN Code CY0140730116.
