Marfin: Listing of 116,159 Capital Securities

Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that on July 24, 2008 the CSE Council approved its application for the listing of Capital Securities of €116,159,000 (116,159 Capital Securities of nominal value €1,000 each), which were issued on April 14, 2008.

The aforementioned Capital Securities will be listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange only and their trading in the Corporate Bonds Market will commence on July 25, 2008.
