CSE: Delisting of Astra

Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law and in agreement with the SEC, the CSE Council decided to delist the movable securities of Astra Self Drive Cars Public Ltd in view of the fact that after the completion of the squeeze out by Buziba Ltd, Buziba Ltd acquired (directly and indirectly) 100% of the Company’s share capital.

Its titles will be delisted on Monday, August 4, 2008.
