The board of Directors of Orfanides Public Company Ltd based on the regulations of the CSE and the SEC announces the following:
1. Board meeting:
The Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 16:00 at the Company’s Head office, to examine the six-month results of for the period ended June 30, 2008.
2. Finance Director resignation
The Board of Directors announces Mr. Giorgos Kallinikou’s resignation from the position of Finance Director as from August 13, 2008. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Giorgos Kallinikou for his services to the Company.
