Pursuant to article 8(1a) of N. 190(I)/2007 and articles 22 and 3 paragraph 1(h) (bb) of N. 3556/2007 and 12 of Decision 1/434/3/7/2007 of the Board of Directors of the Greek Securities and Exchange Commission, Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that is selects the Republic of Cyprus as country of origin.
