Marfin: Purchase of 20k shares by E. Bouloutas against €89.6k

Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, that on 29/08/2008 Mr Efthymios Bouloutas, Group Chief Executive Officer, proceeded with the purchase of 20.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value euro 89.600,00.
