CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Petsas share

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd is redenominated from £0.20 to €0.34. Its issued capital remains 35,013,104 shares. This change was based on the Special Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on July 30, 2008.

This change will be effective from Monday, September 15, 2008.
