Avacom: Board meeting on 22/9 for cancellation of rights issue, acquisition of Tachidomi and EGM date for buyback
The Board of Directors of Avacom Public Company Ltd will meet on Monday, September 22, 2008 to deal with the following:
- Examination of possible cancellation of the procedure for the issue of Rights due to the drop in the trading price of the shares below their nominal value and the subsequent unwillingness to exercise the Rights.
2. Amendment or cancellation of agreement for the acquisition of Tachidomi Ltd.
3. Setting of the date of Extraordinary General Meeting for the proposal of a resolution on buyback.
