Avacom: Board meeting for possible cancellation of rights issue, acquisition of Tachidomi and EGM date for buyback to continue on 29/9
The meeting of the Board of Directors of Avacom Public Company Ltd scheduled for Monday, September 22, 2008 has not been completed and a new meeting will be held on Monday, September 29, 2008.
It is reminded that the meeting aims to:
1. Examine the possible cancellation of the procedure for the issue of Rights due to the drop in the trading price of the shares below their nominal value and the subsequent unwillingness to exercise the Rights.
2. Amend or cancel the agreement for the acquisition of Tachidomi Ltd.
3. Set the date of an Extraordinary General Meeting for the proposal of a resolution on buyback.
