Clarification on amendment of agreement for acquisition of Tachidomi by Avacom

Further to our announcement dated September 29, 2008 and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, we wish to clarify that the amendment of the acquisition agreement of Tachidomi Ltd concerns only the stake from 100% to 15% and with an option the remaining 85% under the same terms within the period of 12 months. For further information, please see previous announcements dated 5/12/2007. The agreement will be completed within the period of three months of the date of its signing.
