Orphanides: P. Christofides becomes new Compliance Officer

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that Mr. Panos Christofides, General Manager, has become the Compliance Officer with effect from 2/10/2008.
