Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, that on 23/10/2008, Mr Neoclis Lysandrou, Non Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, proceeded with the purchase of 10.000 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value €24.370,54.
