CSE: Petsas remain in Special Characteristics Market until its delisting

Further to its announcement dated 18/4/2008, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the titles of Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd will continue trading in the Special Characteristics Market until their delisting.
This decision was taken pursuant to the provision 2.2.3 (a) of KPD 596/2005 concerning the failure to abide by the constant obligations of the Market that the Company is listed in, especially the minimum dispersion of capital to the public after the result of the Public Offer submitted by Christakis Petsas, Michael Petsas and Irene Kalli.
It is noted that the delisting of its titles require SEC’s agreement.
