CSE: Suspension of trading of Modestou

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the suspension of trading of the titles of “Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd” from Monday, November 3, 2008 to Friday, November 7, 2008 (inclusive) due to the reverse split of the nominal value of the share from £0.04 to £0.08 with a cum-date on October 31, 2008.
The titles will resume trading on November 10, 2008. The shares will trade under the new ISIN Code CY0100790613.
This decision was taken pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law for the protection of investors.
