CSE: Marfin to list 83,841 Capital Securities
The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 83,841 Capital Securities of Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd of nominal value €1000 each, which were offered and issued to the public pursuant to the Prospectus dated 6/6/2008.
It is noted that the above Capital Securities will be incorporated in the already listed Capital Securities of the Company (CPBCS), which will amount to 200,000.
Their trading will commence on Thursday, November 6, 2008.
