CSE: Nominal value of Modestou at 8 cents after reverse split

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the issued share capital of “Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd”, which amounted to £1,192,000 divided into 29,800,000 shares of nominal value £0.04, after the reverse split (increase in nominal value of its share from £0.04 to £0.08) on October 31, 2008, stands at £1,192,000 divided into 14,900,000 shares of nominal value £0.08. This change will be effective from Monday, November 10, 2008, when the Company’s shares will trade under the new ISIN Code CY0100790613 and a readjusted trading price.
