CSE to delist Petsas

Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the movable securities of Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd since it is not in line with the main listing requirement and constant obligation on the dispersion of the share capital to the public, after the successful outcome of the Public Offer submitted by Messrs. Christakis Petsas, Michael Petsas and Irene Kalli, who hold 96.86% of the share capital.
It is noted that Messrs. Christakis Petsas, Michael Petsas and Irene Kalli have committed to accept the shares that will be offered by the remaining shareholders at the price of €0.28 per share for the period of 6 months from the Company’s delisting.
The titles will be delisted from the CSE on Wednesday, November 26, 2008.
