CSE: Suspension of trading of Petsas shares until their delisting

Further to the announcement dated November 18, 2008, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the suspension of trading of the titles of “Andreas Petsas and Sons Public Ltd” from Thursday, November 20, 2008 to Tuesday, November 25, 2008 (inclusive) until the clearing of all transactions in view of the delisting of titles after the successful outcome of the Public Offer. The titles will be delisted on November 26, 2008.

This decision was taken pursuant to Article 183 of the CSE Law for the protection of the investors.
