Orphanides: Nine-month results 2008

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, at the meeting held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 16.00 at the Company’s Head Office, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited examined and approved the Interim Management Statement and the nine-month results for the period ended September 30, 2008.
The results, which have been prepared pursuant to International Accounting Standard 34, are attached. The conversion of the comparative results for the period until December 31, 2007 from Cyprus pounds in euros has been carried out based on the €1 = £0.585274 exchange rate.
Copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, 20-22 Yiannou Kranidioti Avenue, Larnaca. The results will be published in newspaper “Phileleftheros” on November 29, 2008 and Financial Mirror on December 3, 2008.
