Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces in accordance to Greek Law 3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Cyprus Law 190(Ι)/2007, that on 26/11/2008 Mrs Avgi Mylona Christou, closely associated with Mr Constantinos Mylonas, Non Executive Member of BoD of the Bank, proceeded with the purchase of 9.600 shares of Marfin Popular Bank of total value €19.903,50
