Aqua Sol: Profit Warning for final results 2008

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD would like to inform its shareholders and the investing public in general that its consolidated results for the year 2008 are expected to be lower as compared to the corresponding results of 2007.
The decrease in results is mainly due to the accounting loss from the disposal of immovable property in addition to the fact that last year there was an accounting gain on such disposals, as well as to unfavourable unrealized foreign exchange differences.
