CSE: Redenomination of nominal value of Modestou share

The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces that the nominal value of the share of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd is redenominated from £0.08 to €0.14. Its issued share capital remains at 14,900,000 shares. This change was based on the Special Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 24, 2009.

This change will be effective from Wednesday, April 15, 2009.
