Modestou: Final results 2008 – AGM on 9/6

At the meeting held on April 29, 2009, the Board of Directors of Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2008. The results are attached.
In the audited results 2008, the loss for the year stood at €655,244 from €301,357 in the indicative results released on 26/2/2009. This difference emerged from the increased provisions for sluggish stock, as explained in note 5 of the Final Results.
Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
2. Decided not to propose the payment of a dividend for the year ended December 31, 2008 to the shareholders.
3. The Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 11.00 am at the Company’s registered office, 2 Salaminos, 1st floor, Nicosia.
4. The Annual Report and the notification for the Annual General Meeting will be posted to the shareholders prior to the AGM.
