Orphanides: Clarification on acquisition of Promptland

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, the Board of Directors of Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that in the announcement dated 29/4/2009 on the strategic plan it was erroneously announced that the properties of the subsidiaries of Promptland Properties Ltd are in Limassol. Its properties are in Limassol and Larnaca.
