The Board of Directors of AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD announces that, on 26/5/2009, it has mailed to all entitled registered Shareholders of the Company the Annual Report for the year 2008 and the Notice for the Annual General Meeting of the Company which shall take place on Thursday, 25/6/2009 at 3:00 p.m. at SUN HALL HOTEL, Larnaca with the following agenda:
1. Declaration of the Managing Director and the Annual Report of the Company for the year 2008.
2. Submission of the Auditors' Report for the year 2008.
3. Election of members of the Board of Directors to replace the resigning Directors.
