HB: Payment of dividend 2008 – Allocation of shares from reinvestment

Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that the final dividend 2008 was paid to the shareholders on 29/6/2009 (either via the dispatch of cheques or with the credit of the accounts). On the same day, the bank allocated the shares to all shareholders who reinvested fully or partly the net sum of their dividend in shares.
The reinvestment sum stood at 53.81%.
The shares resulting from the reinvestment stand at 2,648,910 and they will be listed in the CSE.
