CSE: HB to list 2.6m shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 2,648,910 ordinary shares of “Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd”, which have resulted from the Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 299,960,725 shares.
Their trading will commence on Wednesday, July 15, 2009.
