Aqua Sol expects improvement in six-month results 2009

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD would like to inform its shareholders and the investing public in general that its six-monthly consolidated results for 2009 are expected to be improved as compared to the corresponding results of 2008.
This deviation is mainly due to the non-recurring accounting loss from the disposal of immovable property arisen in the first six months of 2008. The operating results are expected to be lower as a result of the effects of the continuing financial crisis.
