Ιt is hereby announced that during the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company AQUA SOL HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LTD which took place on Monday 20/07/2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company at Apostolou Varnava 10, PELAGOS HOUSE, 6023 Larnaca, the un-audited financial statements of the company for the first six months of 2009 ending on 30/06/09 were examined and approved.
