SEC forbid publication of PO document and suspended exercise of voting rights of Y. Panayis

Further to the announcement of Mr. Yiannis Panayis dated August 24, 2009 on the submission of a mandatory public offer for the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Aqua Sol Hotels Public Company Limited, it is announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission did not allow the publication of the Public Offer Document and suspended the exercise of the voting rights on behalf of the Offeror in relation to the shares the acquisition of which by the Offeror on 24.8.09 created the obligation for the submission of Public Offer as well as any other shares acquired by the Offeror after the date above, until the issue of the relevant decision of the Commission for the Protection of Competition.
The Offeror announces that as soon as the decision of the Commission for the Protection of Competition is released and is positive, he will promote the Public Offer procedure under the same terms as in the previous announcement dated 24.8.09.
This announcement is released pursuant to article 22 (1) (a) of the Public Offering Law 2007.
