CSE: HB to list 5.72m shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 (1) of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 5,722,570 ordinary shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, as follows:
a) 19,258 shares that were issued gratis to the staff members of the Bank based on the special resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting dated 30/5/2001 and
b) 5,703,312 shares that were issued as a consideration for the Public Offer of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd to the shareholders of Athena Cyprus Public Company Ltd based on the Public Offer Document dated 7/7/2009.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 305,683,295 shares.
Their trading will commence on Tuesday, October 13, 2009.
