Orphanides: Disposal of shares from QVT Fund to Taquin Holdings against €2.28m

Orphanides Public Company Limited announces that pursuant to Law 190(I)/2007 it was informed by QVT Fund LP that it has disposed the shares that it held in the Company’s capital, that is, 10,836,780 (13.38%) to Taquin Holdings Limited. Taquin Holdings Limited has been informed for the acquisition of the shares too. The transaction was carried out on October 12, 2009 against €2,275,723.80.
